When will my payment be taken?
Payment for orders placed with a Mastercard, Visa, or Discover card will be processed upon shipment.
Payment for orders placed with PayPal are taken immediately, but can be adjusted as necessary if the order is adjusted or cancelled.
Checks or Money Orders will be deposited upon receipt, and must clear before we can ship any items ordered.
Do you have a catalog?
Not a comprehensive one. We do carry a limited selection of flyers for certain publications/gifts we carry. We have thousands of items in stock and are constantly adding more. A catalog would be obsolete as soon as it was printed. If you do have a printed catalog from another vendor we very likely will have any items featured in stock.
Do you sell wholesale?
No. We are a distributor of Catholic books and gift items and as such we can only offer quantity discounts on certain items. Please contact us for more information.
I tried to place an order but couldn't. What's wrong?
Our site uses a secure server and we occasionally update it making our shopping cart unavailable temporarily. If you can't get through just email us or call us toll-free at 1-800-403-5123 and we will help you with your order. Another option is our PRINTABLE ORDER FORM which you can fill out and mail back to us. Also, due to delivery problems we normally can't take orders from parts of the world where the Catholic Church faces persecution. This includes Islamic countries in the Mid-east and Africa as well as former Communist countries in Eastern Europe with the exception of Poland. Email or call us and we will try to arrange delivery.
What is the refund policy?
We will gladly issue a credit back your credit card or Pay Pal account, if you desire to return an item within 30 days of receipt; however, we cannot refund shipping costs or offer cash refunds. Thank you.
What is the exchange/return policy for items purchased at either store location?
Returns must take place within 30 days of purchase, and the receipt must be present. We will gladly exchange the item(s) or credit back the credit or debit card account with which it was purchased. (Card must be present.) If the item was paid for with a check or cash, we can offer an exchange or issue a gift certificate for the amount. We cannot offer cash refunds. Thank you.
